We do everything: from harvesting to bottling; from the refinement of fruit trees to tree pruning. Our products are an expression of our principles and the result of a lot of passion and passion. Sustainability and production in harmony with nature is very important - but also the latest findings from oenology and suggestions from cider producers in other countries. Experience all of this in the wonderful surroundings of our remote little valley, in the middle of the Black Forest at 800 meters above sea level.

(Subject to Option Inclusions)Together we taste a number of sparkling wines from our own production; with lots of background information and fun! When the weather is nice, we take a walk through one of our orchards.
