Green World Ecological Farm is located in Beipu Township, Hsinchu County, Taiwan. It is the largest subtropical rainforest ecological park in Asia and a comprehensive park that combines ecological conservation and agriculture. Green World consists of 6 major parks, namely Swan Lake, Great Adventure Area, Aquatic Plant Park, Bird Ecological Park, Butterfly Ecological Park and Biodiversity Exploration Area. Each area plants and breeds a variety of animals and plants, allowing tourists to enjoy the tropical rainforest skywalk and provide tourists with an unforgettable ecological experience.

Introduction to Green World Ecological Farm

Swan Lake is a natural lake with many swans, pelicans, geese and ducks. Around the Mid-Autumn Festival every year, various geese and ducks from as far away as Siberia come to this natural lake to live, and will return to Siberia around the Children's Day of the following year. The geese and ducks that stay will continue to breed their next generation here. The Great Adventure Theme Park consists of 10 areas, and many precious and rare species are planted in the park, such as cacti. Many cacti are more than 100 years old and bloom 1 to 2 times a year. During the flowering period, hundreds of thousands of flowers bloom, creating a colorful sea of flowers. The Aquatic Botanical Park is one of the largest aquatic botanical parks in Asia. There are various submerged water plants such as Taiwan water hyacinth, Taiwan water hyacinth, and Egyptian papyrus in the aquatic botanical park. There are about 500 kinds of precious aquatic plants, such as floating water plants, upright water plants and floating plants; the Bird Ecological Park is the most special theme park in Green World. The park simulates the natural ecological environment of birds and forms a natural bird park. Hundreds of various birds in the jungle fly and forage around tourists, and the air is filled with bird calls, making you feel as if you are in the wild jungle; the Butterfly Ecological Park is the largest butterfly garden in Asia, with various butterflies such as snakehead moths, swallowtail butterflies, yellow butterflies, etc. From the mating, egg-laying, pupation to the process of emergence of butterflies, let us feel the mystery of butterfly life; the Biodiversity Exploration Area is home to many strange creatures, such as legless lizards, piranhas, tree frogs and geckos.

Green World Ecological Farm has set up different Green World tickets in consideration of the needs of the society. If you are a kindergarten, elementary school, junior high school student or over 65 years old, you can buy a half-price ticket; if you hold a disability certificate and your companion, you can buy a charity ticket; if you are a resident of District A or the bride and groom and related photographers, you can enter for free.
