- •Tour departs from the Grand Canyon Scenic Airlines Terminal located in Boulder City, Nevada, approximately 40 - 50 minutes from Las Vegas. • If no transfers options is selected, customers must arrive 45 minutes to the Airport prior to the schedule flight for check-in.

Specialists are available daily from 8:00am to 8:00pm (Pacific Time). • Passengers must check-in for their flight 45 minutes prior to departure. • Infant children are considered a lap child if they are under the age of two and have proof of age, such as a passport or a copy of their birth certificate • All passengers 18 years of age and older must present government-issued photo ID • For comfort and weight/balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing 300 lbs or greater will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour • All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions. • Baggage Restrictions - Due to limited space, purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft. •Hotel Pickups are generally 90 to 120 minutes prior to tour departure time, depending on the hotel.
