Only original and valid Tickets will be recognized at the entrances. Entry will be denied if your ticket is damaged, torn, duplicated, photocopied, or forged. Theme park operators reserve their right to take action against any person holding tickets suspected to be obtained by fraud or illegally
Each ticket is only valid for the date and time specified on the ticket. Please scan the QR code on your ticket to enter or re-enter the Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park, and please ensure your biometrics is duly registered. Handstamps for re-entry are only available if your biometrics cannot be registered due to health or other acceptable reasons
Keep your ticket with you at all times. You are required to provide your ticket upon request
