In case Genting Highlands Premium Outlets Cable Car Station closes due to maintenance, the cable car services will begin at the Genting SkyWay Station, a 15-minute drive away from Awana Station

Cable Car Capacity: Each standard gondola can seat 10 passengers, including children. You may share the gondola with other passengers
Each passenger can take along one aircraft cabin size bag on the gondola, measuring 22in x 14in x 9in. Passengers with oversized baggage will be subjected to a surcharge of MYR 20 per trip. Oversized baggage can be stored at the Baggage Storage Service at Level 2 of the Genting Highlands Premium Outlets Cable Car Station building for MYR 20, MYR 40 or MYR 60 depending on baggage size for 24 hours
The gondola is wheelchair and stroller accessible. Please use a foldable wheelchair or stroller, as the operator requires the equipment to be folded on board for safety reasons

At the midway point, stop and explore the Chin Swee Caves Temple, a Taoist temple set on a scenic 28-acre plot, built in honor of Buddhist monk Reverend Master Chin Swee from Fujian Province.

You can easily purchase your tickets for the Genting Highlands Premium Outlets Cable Car through Over The Planet, with options for one-way or return trips. Each standard gondola can accommodate up to 10 passengers, with a total of 100 gondolas in service.
By bus: From KL Sentral, the Genting Express Bus Service is available on the lower ground floor daily directly going to the Awana Bus Terminal. From there, proceed to Level 4 of the building to board the cable car at the Awana Station. Free shuttle bus service is available from Awana Hotel to Genting Highlands Premium Outlets Cable Car Station from 07:00-23:00, daily
By car: From KLCC, drive 48 minutes to the Awana Bus Terminal. From there, proceed to Level 4 of the building to board the cable car at the Genting Highlands Premium Outlets Cable Car Station. Parking is available at the Awana Car Park and a standard fee applies across the resort. If you are coming from the KL city area, opt for a convenient one-way transfer directly to the Awana Station (Choose transfer package to Genting Highland). If you are coming from KLIA/KLIA2, opt for a convenient one-way transfer from the airport directly to the Awana Station
