You will discover the secrets of making a real artisanal savory gelato! Together we will make a gelato flavor and serve it in an authentic Italian aperitif with cold cuts, cheeses, bruschetta and a glass of wine. We will learn to combine gelato with typical Italian ingredients. Gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan options available.
We will do a savory (gastronomic) ice cream workshop together. We will prepare together, using the ice cream maker, an ice cream flavor such as parmesan, pecorino, stracchino, tomato and together we will learn to taste it in a small aperitif. We will discover together the secrets of ice cream making and analyze techniques, procedures and raw materials useful for creating a unique gourmet ice cream. We will toast with a glass of wine and have a small brunch/aperitif with the prepared ice cream and a cutting board of bruschetta and local cold cuts and cheeses. Lactose-free and gluten-free options are also available. We will conclude with a small homemade dessert.
