GROTTA BIANCA. Known for its white stalagmites and stalactites. GROTTA ROSSA. Its name was given to the grotto because of the red coral that can be seen on the grotto’s walls. GROTTA VERDE (THE GREEN GROTTO) is called this way because of the sun’s reflection through the green-blue water on the white sand on the sea’s bottom. GROTTA AZZURRA, internationally known for the beautiful blue waters inside the grotto. The entrance to the grotto can only be made by transferring into a small boat where a local sailor takes 2 people at a time into the small caves entrance. As the entrance is only 1 metre high the visitors must lay down whilst passing into the grotto. Once inside the beauty of the crystal blue waters can be admired. The entrance costs are not included in the tour. Whilst touring round the isle our hostess will show our guests other points of interest.
