The country's highest mountain, Doi Inthanon is one of the big names to tick off the list on any Thai trip. On this small group tour, you'll journey to the namesake national park to visit Mae Kland and Wachiratharn Waterfalls, the twin Chedi towers, and the mountain summit – a cloud-piercing peak known as ‘the roof of Thailand' thanks to its incredibly Instagrammable views.

From Chiang Mai we will travel about 100 kilometers until we reach Doi Inthanon National Park, one of the most important in the country. The invigorating mountain air and the fresh, cool climate make it a rejuvenating break from the city. It is very popular among bird watchers where more than 383 species have been reported.
On this tour we visit a Karen hill tribe village, Mae Kland and Wachiratharn Waterfalls, the twin Chedis built by the Royal Thai Air Force to honour their Majesties King Bhumibol and Queen Sirikit, and the summit, where you will find the shrine of Chao Inthawitchyanon, the former Prince of Chiang Mai. We will have a short experience in the Park along "Michael´s Trail" that is a beautiful and unforgettable experience. Lunch on this tour is served at a local restaurant
