Pick-up from Reims at 09:00AM : Meet at the Reims Centre train station tourist office (exit REIMS CENTER).

Head towards the Champagne countryside for an unforgettable e-bike adventure.

Cycle through Premier and Grand Cru villages, enjoy stunning views of UNESCO-listed vineyards, and visit Hautvillers, the birthplace of Champagne, where Dom Pérignon is buried.

After the ride, return to a champagne estate for a cellar tour, tasting, and a traditional French lunch featuring local specialties (dietary needs accommodated).

Important Notes:

Participants must be confident cyclists, as e-bikes are heavier than standard bikes.

Drop-off: 4:00 pm (Reims).

Bring a refillable water bottle; refills are available.

Book trains in advance. The tour is non-refundable for train-related issues.

Pick-up from Reims at 9:00 am in front of the Reims Centre train station tourist office. For train arrivals, exit via the REIMS CENTER.

  • A minimum of 2 participants is required for a tour. If only 1 person is booked on a tour, À la Française - Champagne will contact the customer (phone or email) to reschedule or refund the total amount.
  • Please note that down the cellars the average temperature is 10°C, so do not forget to bring a jacket along.
  • Animals are not allowed in shared tours for the comfort of all passengers.
  • If the bike tour is affected by weather (rain, black ice…), the tour will be adjusted accordingly: the schedule of the tour can be modified or the tour can be done by minivan instead of bikes.
  • Adjust your clothing for the bike ride, regarding the weather (gloves and scarves for coldest days ; sunscreen and sun glasses in summer).
  • Participants must be comfortable and confident riding a bike, as e-bikes are heavier than standard bicycles. For safety reasons, we may refuse participation at departure if guests do not demonstrate sufficient cycling experience.

  • The tour starts at 09:00am. Please be there at least 5 minutes before the tour departure. Be careful, there are two tourists offices in Reims. The meeting point is at the train station tourist office, not the cathedral tourist office.

IMPORTANT NOTE : Participants must be comfortable and confident riding a bike, as e-bikes are heavier than standard bicycles. For safety reasons, we may refuse participation at departure if guests do not demonstrate sufficient cycling experience. It’s recommended to book your trains in advance to secure the best fares and ensure availability (trains on SNCF or Trainline). À la Française - Champagne is not responsible for any errors in train reservations or lack of trains; therefore, the tour will not be refundable for any reason. The guide will wait for you outside the station in front of the tourist office. Be careful, there are two tourists’ offices in Reims. The meeting point is at the train station tourist office, not the cathedral tourist office.
