While eating you must seat on the floor with cross folded legs thats the traditional way of eating . Completely different taste from the local Nepali Thali which you might have ate during your stay in nepal . You will be tasting food of local newari people the native of Kathmandu valley and one of the ethnic group among 125 different ethnic groups of Nepal . Mostly these newari people have different parts of buffalo meat as there cuisine from brains to legs everything is eaten by cooking various cuisine . Even the bloods are made into a solid form and eaten . These newar people they have their cuisine on various months and season . Food is eaten based on the weather as well . In this tour you will be tasting various item of food like potatoes ( aloo which is marinated in spices ) , choila ( spiced grilled meat of buffalo ) it is the hottest food you will be having , chatamari ( newari pizaa )bara ( lentil patty ) , steam momos , samaybaji ( a platter which consits of beaten rice , potato , spinach , boiled egg , carrot pickle , meat , soybeans ) and at last a sweet dish Yomari .

A mixture of egg and meat is put on top of the rice flour crepe . Often know as Newari Pizza
STARTER - Momo
Also know as dumplings in china . Cooked by steam. Inside portion is of meat and outside covering is done using wheat flour .
MAIN - Samay Baji and Rice Wine
A food platter that consits of beaten rice , potato ,soybean , mustard leaf , carrot pickle , meat ,boiled egg and plain bara served on a leaf plate .
DESSERT - Yomari
A sweet dish which is made by steaming method and consits of elements such as rice flour and chaku.
