In this playful and uplifting Acro Yoga experience, you’ll learn how to trust, connect, and fly – literally! Whether you're a complete beginner or have some yoga experience, I’ll guide you step-by-step through basic poses, flows, and fun partner lifts that are safe and energizing. We’ll start with a short warm-up to tune into our body. Then we’ll explore Acro Yoga adapted to your comfort and skill level. You may surprise yourself with what your body can do. You don’t need a partner – I’ll guide you throughout. But if you’re coming with a friend or partner, that’s also great! The session ends with a relaxing stretch. You'll leave feeling lighter, stronger, and more connected – both to your body and your joy.
