Arrive at Termini Station 30 minutes before departure. A representative holding an ItaliaTours sign will be waiting to check you in in front of Caffe Vergnano inside Termini Station on the departures level. Enter the main terminal from any of the multiple entrances and make your way to the shopping area facing track #1. Please note that public transport throughout Italy can be unreliable. Allow plenty of time to get from your accommodation to the meeting point, or contact us to arrange for a private transfer. No refunds will be granted for failure to arrive at the meeting point on time. In the event of significant delays to rail travel (1 hour or more) we will consider postponing the return journey if necessary in order to cover the entire itinerary. Kindly note this very remote possibility when making evening plans in Rome. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least 1 adult to join a tour or an activity.
