In 2-hour you can prepare your favorite pasta choosing from mouth-watering ravioli of fresh ricotta and parmesan cheese or noodles accompanied by fresh pesto or tomato sauce. And why not gnocchi or risotto?
Each class is limited to 12 participants – guaranteeing one-on-one interaction with your cooking instructor. In this class, you’ll learn to form and fill traditional of stuffed pasta, how to prepare the main kind of dough for filled pastas and paired with its own delectable sauce.
We meet and we start the class almost immediately we decide the menu together (for this it would be useful to have started in advance what we do not like to eat) Start making pasta from scratch with fresh, seasonal ingredients then we continue with the preparation of the chosen sauces this first part of work will last about 40 minutes Begin to prepare the second part of the course or to make the chosen pasta (ravioli, gnocchi tagliatelle ...) This second part of the class will last about 30/35 minutes then we will start to cook and season your work You will sit at the table to taste your dishes accompanied by good wine No hurry but relaxation and conviviality ps. the times are approximate and may vary depending on the speed of the participants, the recipes chosen and any delays reported but the times will always be no more than 3 hours
