Colonnata
After the quarry visit, the tour continues to Colonnata, a small village hidden in the mountains, famous for its high-quality lard. In a traditional trattoria, you'll have the opportunity to taste this delicacy, accompanied by other local flavors in a lunch that celebrates Tuscan cuisine.
Pietrasanta
In the afternoon, the journey moves to Pietrasanta, known as "Little Athens" for its rich artistic and cultural tradition.
