- A minimum of 5 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
- High blood pressure, Epilepsy, Pregnant women
- Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity
- Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
- This activity is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible
- Kayakers must not be younger than 36 months or 3 years old.
- In the event of a storm/rain at the start of the tour, we may postpone it if the weather does not get any better. Your downpayment is non-refundable but is transferable to a new date. If there is storm/rain mid-way through, we will continue with the tour as long as it is safe.
- If you pull out of Group Tours more than 72 hours before, your downpayment will be fully transferable to a new booking date, at no extra cost. However, it will not be refundable if you cannot or choose not to make a new booking.
- If you pull out of Group Tours less than 72 hours before, and it had already reached the cap of 16 participants, your downpayment will neither be refundable nor transferable to a new booking.
