Pick up at the Toledo train station. The guide awaits you on the platform with a sign with your name written on it.
You will exchange your ticket at the starting point of the route. In the Plaza de Zocodover, in the Arco de la Sangre (under the clock). Also at the train station or at your own hotel in case the guide picks you up there.
