A uniformed driver will be waiting as you exit the cruise terminal. There will be a typical walk of about 100 yards to the vehicle. Your driver will be holding a sign reading "International Friends" and will accompany you to the vehicle. We plan to depart Dover at 08:30am. This is shared transfer service using executive vehicles with maximum 4 people and 2-3 drop offs per vehicle to ensure a quick, comfortable transfer. We aim to begin drop offs in London from 10:30 and Heathrow from 11:00. At the time of booking please provide us with the name of your cruise ship and full address of your destination in London or Heathrow.

- At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name and full hotel address
- This service is available on all dates when Princess, Carnival and Holland America cruise ships are visiting Dover
- Each person is allowed a maximum of 2 items of hold luggage (75x51x28 cm - 23kg each) and 1 item of carry-on luggage (55x40x20 cm - 10kg each). If you bring extra luggage it will not fit in the vehicle. In this instance you will be responsible for arranging separate transportation for your luggage to your cruise ship.
- Should you wish to bring any mobility aids (wheelchairs or walkers) you MUST contact the operator in advance and provide full dimensions and weight. These items must be able to be folded and stored in the luggage hold. Wheelchairs must be counted as 1 item of your hold luggage.
- This service is available on all dates when Princess, Carnival or Holland America cruise ships are visiting Dover.
- Dates in 2026 will have a maximum of 6 travellers
