Dysart house, Kempton, has been home to Old Kempton Distillery since November 2015. On site we make a variety of spirits including; single malt whisky, gin, and liqueurs. All made using 100% Tasmanian ingredients.
The Cafe, full of house made treats, is open 10am until 4pm as is the Cellar Door - full of Tasmanian produce, our spirits and local wines.

Old Kempton Distillery
Located in Dysart House, which was built in 1842, our Distillery is run from the old coaching stables.
