Distillery & Rum Tasting Tour in Grand Cayman - Transfers Inluded
Opened in June 2013, the Cayman Spirits Company Distillery is Grand Cayman’s only distillery, and the only source of handcrafted spirits in the islands. Join us for a Distiller’s Tour and taste what the distillery has planned. On this tour is an opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes look at their unique approach. Inside the custom-built 5000 square foot facility you’ll see a 1200 gallon Vendome copper pot still, the 30 foot tall Gun Bay Vodka tower, and the original Christian Carl pot that the distillery uses to perfect the famous Seven Fathoms Rum- a product of the Cayman Islands.
The tour concludes in the distillery’s tasting room, where you’ll sample fresh batches of Seven Fathoms Rum, Gun Bay Vodka, and Governor’s Reserve Rum. Plus, you can try their seasonal "Distiller's Special" – a rare creation only available at the Cayman Spirits Company Distillery.

Meeting Instructions: The tour departs from the dispatch booth at the Royal Terminal. Please, be advised that guests on ships anchoring in Grand Cayman must take a small boat called a tender to shore. It is very important that you are in line early for the tenders to shore if you want to make it to the tour before it departs. It can take approximately 60 minutes to wait for tenders and get ashore. Once a guest arrives at the Port Terminal and exits through security, they should continue walking straight, and they will see a tent with a white Canopy, hanging above a sign with the word “CAYTOURS” There is where our Dispatch team will be. Guests, we are going to receive from the North and South Terminal, must remain in the same place, they will be met by CayTours personnel holding a sign with the word “CAYTOURS” for easy identification. We pick up from all hotels/accommodations in Seven Mile Beach. Pick up from other areas in Cayman available at extra cost. Please contact us to get quote for pick up from other areas in Grand Cayman

Meeting Instructions The tour departs from the dispatch booth at the Royal Terminal. Please, be advised that guests on ships that anchor in Grand Cayman must take a small boat called a tender to shore. It is very important that you are in line early for the tenders if you want to make it to your tour before it departs. It can take approximately 60 minutes to wait for tenders and get to shore. Once you are ashore and have cleared security at the port, head to the 'Taxi Dispatch Booth' at the Royal Terminal. If you are arriving at the North Terminal, you will need to walk to the Royal Terminal. It is a short, 5-minute walk. Our representative will meet you there and will be holding a CAYTOURS sign for easy identification.
