La Farola is a lighthouse located in the Spanish city of Málaga, in the autonomous community of Andalusia. Work by engineer Joaquín María Pery y Guzmán, its construction began in 1813 and ended in 1817, then being located at the entrance of the Port of Málaga. The Malaga Lamppost is a symbol of the city and gives its name to the promenade where it is located.

The Miramar Hotel or Miramar Palace is a building in the Spanish city of Malaga, located at 22 Paseo de Reding in the neighborhood of La Caleta. It is a modernist building, with the main facade facing the bay of Malaga and the Mediterranean Sea. The building, by architect Fernando Guerrero Strachan and whose construction dates from 1926, was originally designed as a hotel, although it has also served as the headquarters of the Provincial Court of Malaga (1987-2007). It is currently occupied by the Gran Hotel Miramar, a five-star luxury hotel that opened on January 1, 2017, although the official opening came on November 1 of that year.
