The Ourika Valley begins about 40 km south of Marrakech towards the Atlas Mountains. Ourika is a typical region of the High Atlas mountains. The day's program includes a visit to a Berber family to better understand the daily routine of this indigenous Moroccan population. The host will perform the mint tea ceremony, the national hot beverage enjoyed several times throughout the day, essentially a gathering ritual among family members, friends and visitors. In addition, and as an option you will benefit from a wonderful 20-minute camel ride, stopping on the way to the valley to rest and take photos of magnificent views, a visit to a women's cooperative is a must and is worth the cost, finally the journey you will stop in a small village typical of the region and you will have the choice of going to discover the small souk of the village yourself and or being accompanied by a local guide to visit the waterfalls ; end of the day around 3:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Camel ride: You will have the opportunity to take a camel ride of about 20 minutes.
Minivan: The trannsport will be with shared groupe betwen 10 and 17 passengers.

The Ourika Valley is a valley of the Moroccan High Atlas located 30 km from Marrakech. It is mainly populated by people of Berber language and Chleuh dialect. Despite its proximity to Marrakech, it is still considered a relatively preserved valley, both in its nature and in its traditional mountain lifestyle.
