A cooking class to learn how to make pasta easily with regional recipes in a pleasant experience in the Tuscan countryside in a typical farmhouse. We’ll make an appetizer with tomato onion cappers and basil, classic Ravioli with ricotta and spinach and Parmesan and sage cream sauce, classic tiramisu.
We'll meet at the meeting spot, we’ll visit the market and we’ll buy the food for the recipes. Then we’ll travel to my country house, which is about 20 minutes away. When we arrive, we'll be ready to begin the cooking session and dine on the terrazza.
We’ll prepare the bruschetta with fresh tomatoes, basil and anion and cappers served with a organic bread plus plate of typical salami ham and cheese
We’ll choose and prepare together the pasta ( ravioli, lasagna or tagliatelle) and we’ll prepare the sauce: ragù or cheese cream or fresh sea foods
We’ll prepare tiramisu with a cream made with eggs sugar and mascarpone, with layers of ladyfingers soaked in the espresso coffee
