Come join Fatma at her home for a culinary and cultural journey.
This isn’t a cooking class in a studio. You’ll be welcomed into a real home kitchen in Antalya, guided by someone who cooks the way her grandmother taught her — with care, curiosity, and conversation. You’ll leave with recipes, full hearts, and a taste of real Turkish hospitality.
Join a traditional cooking class inside a cozy Antalya home, where you’ll prepare and enjoy a full Turkish meal with a local host. After a friendly tea welcome, you’ll learn how to make four different dishes, including a seasonal main, sarma or dolma (stuffed leaves or vegetables), börek, and a fresh salad. Your host Fatma will guide you every step of the way — from wrapping grape leaves to rolling out pastry dough — and share stories of how these dishes are passed down through generations. After cooking, sit down together to enjoy everything you made in a relaxed, family-style setting. You’ll also get the recipes to take home with you. As Fatma says, “The kitchen is where we gather, not just to eat, but to connect.”
