Explore the rugged beauty of the Connemara landscape, a landscape once described by Oscar Wilde as a "savage beauty" You pass through some dramatic scenery as we drive through Lough Inagh Valley with the 12 Bens Mountains on one side and the Maumturk Mountains on the other. Here we'll stop to soak up the beautiful views while we visit a cut of bogland. Highlights include Killary Fjord, Ireland's only true Fjord and the village of Leenane and the location of the movie, The Field. You will visit the Gaelic speaking area of Carraroe and Spiddal on the coast as you return along the Wild Atlantic Way with fantastic ocean views.
