After arriving at San Juan Bay Marina and meeting your host, they will prepare each participant. Once everyone is ready, you will receive a mandatory safety briefing, and then the boarding process will begin one at a time. We will then proceed with the tour.
Laguna del Condado
Embark on an exciting eco-adventure aboard our innovative Chiliboats water bikes. Enjoy effortless pedaling, unparalleled stability, and safety while marveling at the stunning views and marine life of the Condado Lagoon estuary. Glide under the Dos Hermanos and Ashford bridges, approach the beautifully illuminated Fort San Jerónimo, a prominent historical landmark on the tour, and with luck, observe manatees and the spectacular marine fauna of this protected natural habitat. - Punctual Departures: Arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes early to ensure parking, comply with safety protocols, and complete the boarding process. We won't be able to assist you if you arrive at or after the reserved time. Spaces are reserved for you, and arriving late will be considered a "No Show". Reserved spaces won't be reassigned, and the full fee will be charged.
- Weight Limits: The tour is conducted on a double Chiliboat. To ensure everyone's safety, it is important that individual weight does not exceed 250 pounds, and combined weight of two people on a Chiliboat must not exceed 450 pounds. Before each tour, we will conduct weight checks. If someone in your group exceeds these limits, unfortunately, will NOT be able to participate, and will NOT receive refund. Share this information with all members of your group to avoid any inconveniences.
- Height Requirements: Minimum height: 4'6" (54 inches) (1.37 m), Maximum height: 6'5" (77 inches) (1.96 m).
- Prohibited Actions: Removing the life jacket, jumping into the water, and colliding with others. The person making the reservation is responsible for negligent damage to the unit or units. Smoking or consuming alcohol or drugs is not allowed. For your safety, that of other participants, and our staff, if we notice that someone is under the influence of the aforementioned substances, we will be forced to prohibit their participation in the activity. No refund will be provided.
- You must present identification and the credit card used for the reservation. Both must match for verification during confirmation. The person making the reservation is responsible for informing all their companions about the arrival time, requirements, and all pertinent information for the excursion.

- Once inside the parking lot of San Juan Bay Marina, look to your right and you will see a charcoal gray Caribbean Chiliboats trailer facing the sea. Walk towards it and look for your host wearing an orange shirt.

Special Instructions & Important Notice: * Punctuality: Tours depart on time. Arrive 30-45 minutes early for parking and preparation. Arrivals within 30 minutes before or at the scheduled time will not be attended to and will be considered a No Show. In the Caribbean, brief showers are common, but tours will proceed as scheduled. The decision to cancel or continue will be made by the guide. * ID and Credit Card: You must present both your ID and the credit card used for the reservation. Both must match for verification during check-in. * Reservation Responsibility: The person making the reservation is responsible for informing all companions about the arrival time, requirements, and all pertinent information for the tour. * Requirements: Bring only the essentials: water shoes and a towel for after the tour. If you have any medical conditions, consult your doctor and bring your medication. * Height Requirements: - Minimum height: 4'6" (54 inches) (1.37 m) - Maximum height: 6'5" (77 inches) (1.96 m) * Weight Limits: The tour is conducted on double Chiliboats.
