Our Staff will provide you with the ticket and the audio-guide App QR Code. To download the Audioguide application you need a latest-generation smartphone not produced before 2020. We recommend bringing headphones. The booked time refers to the entrance to the COLOSSEUM; the ticket is valid for 24 hours to visit Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum. COLOSSEUM RULES FOR ALL VISITORS Late arrivals or no-shows are not refundable. Tickets are named, timed, dated, and not refundable. You must have a VALID PHOTO ID to enter the Colosseum, including KIDS (Driver's License, Passport, or State ID all work.) Security will prevent you from entering the site if the information provided is not accurate and doesn't match the one on your ID. Please note that the Colosseum's capacity regulations and security may delay the tour departure even for pre-booked travelers, and it can influence the smooth running of the tour. Due to unpredictable events, the order in which the sites are visited may vary. The Colosseum Administration has the faculty to close the Colosseum or parts of it with or without warning.
