Colosseum

- No change on a booking can be accepted less than one week before the time of the tour. In that instance, no refund will be issued.
- For the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.

- SELF-AUDIO GUIDED TOUR Meet our staff at our Travel Agency at Via Labicana, 96 (300 meters from the Colosseum entrance). Our staff will give you the Colosseum/Palatine Hill/Roman Forum tickets and the QR code to download the audioguide app on your SmartPhone.
- GUIDED TOUR OPTION The meeting point is in the Piazza of San Clemente, in front of Basilica San Clemente. The staff will have a signboard reporting 'Tour in the City'.

We recommend bringing headphones. The booked time refers to the entrance to the COLOSSEUM; the ticket is valid for 24 hours to visit Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum. COLOSSEUM RULES FOR ALL VISITORS Late arrivals or no-shows are not refundable. Tickets are named, timed, dated, and not refundable. You must have a VALID PHOTO ID to enter the Colosseum, including KIDS (Driver's License, Passport, or State ID all work.) Security will prevent you from entering the site if the information provided is not accurate and doesn't match the one on your ID. Please note that the Colosseum's capacity regulations and security may delay the tour departure even for pre-booked travelers, and it can influence the smooth running of the tour. Due to unpredictable events, the order in which the sites are visited may vary. The Colosseum Administration has the faculty to close the Colosseum or parts of it with or without warning.
