• Over The Planet offers cannot be combined with other Over The Planet vouchers, nor other promotions, offers, or coupons in-store

• No change or refunds will be given if the bill does not exceed the value of the cash coupon used. If your order exceeds the value of the voucher, you must pay the rest of your bill directly at the restaurant

• Additional service charge or tax may apply for other consumptions in the restaurants

• The contents of the sets cannot be changed unless agreed by the restaurant. The additional fee incurred must be paid directly at the restaurant

• The menu on the page are for reference only and are subject to change. Actual availability is based on the seasonality, purchase of ingredients and stock without prior notice from the restaurant

• The Products shall be, and shall be deemed to be, delivered and accepted by you when the Products are delivered to the address you give for delivery. You acknowledge and understand that if you fail to accept the delivery for whatever reason, you may be charged additional fees at the Merchant's or Courier Provider's discretion

• Merchant strives to provide you with high-quality Products, and given the perishable nature of certain Products, Merchant may be required to make substitutions from time to time. This shall not be considered as damage/quality issues

• Seating allocation will vary depending on the restaurant's capacity during your visit

• The voucher cannot be sold to third parties

• Individuals, pregnant women, young children and the elderly with compromised immune systems and/or food allergies are solely responsible for the consumption of the products/items

• Over The Planet is not obligated to provide ingredient information or allergen information and we cannot guarantee any of the products/items sold is free of allergens. If you have allergies, allergic reactions or dietary restrictions and requirements, please contact the relevant Merchant before purchasing

• Some of the Products are subject to restrictions for purchase (“Restricted Products”), based on the applicable laws of the country from which you purchase. These restrictions include minimum age requirements for alcohol/alcoholic products/items and any other products/items.We reserve the right not to sell/deliver any Restricted Products to you based on the applicable statutory regulations in effect at the time

• To purchase alcohol products/items, you must be of the statutory legal age. We, Merchant and Courier Provider, as the case may be, reserve the right in our own sole discretion (i) to ask for a valid proof of age; and/or (ii) to refuse delivery if you or the designated alternative recipient or the individual during the time of collection is or appears to be below the legal age, or fails to provide a valid proof of age; and/or (iii) to refuse to serve any individuals for any reason whatsoever
