The type of car will be determined based on the number of people on the day. A small car will be used for groups of 9 or less, and the driver will lead everyone on the tour; a minibus will be arranged for groups of 10-20, and a large bus will be used for groups of more than 20.

In order to ensure a smooth trip for you and other group members, please be sure to confirm the meeting point address and time before departure to avoid being late on the day. If you are unable to join the tour due to lateness, no refund will be given

Since the one-day tour takes a long time, it will be affected by traffic and weather on that day. Please be sure not to arrange important itineraries for the evening, such as flights, Shinkansen, night buses, restaurants, performances, etc. If there is a delay, Over The Planet and the supplier will not bear the relevant responsibility and compensation, please understand

Please do not be late for the meeting point or attractions. You will not be accepted and no refund will be given

Each person can bring up to one piece of luggage for free. Please note it in the "Special Request" section when placing an order! If you do not inform us one day in advance and bring luggage temporarily, it will cause congestion in the carriage and affect driving safety. The tour guide has the right to refuse guests from boarding the bus, and the fee will not be refunded.

In case of severe weather or other force majeure factors, the park may delay or change the operation time of attractions or performances without prior notice, or even cancel some of the operations and performances.

This product may be adjusted according to weather and other factors. For your safety, the staff has the right to ask guests to suspend outdoor activities and communicate with you to make other arrangements. The specific situation will be based on the actual situation on the day.

The transportation, sightseeing and stay time involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual situation of the day. In case of special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather conditions, etc.), the tour guide may reasonably adjust the order of attractions in the itinerary or delete attractions based on the actual situation and with the consent of the guests.

As this is a group tour, there may be guests who speak other languages travelling with you.

During the group trip, you cannot leave the group early or leave the group midway. If you choose to leave the group midway, the unfinished part will be deemed to be abandoned by you and no refund will be given. The supplier will try its best to arrange seats, but the seats are mainly allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please let us know in the remarks and the supplier will try its best to arrange a suitable seat for you. The final arrangement is subject to the coordination of the tour guide on the day.
