Stroll along the walls to Chester's maginifcent amphitheatre from and take in the culturally rich Roman gardens, an open air museum, where there will be photo opportunities.   • Important to note - The tour involves around a 5k walk. It is at a relaxed pace, and there are numerous rests and places to sit down along the way. We go up and down some stairs and very slight inclines to reach our foodie destinations.

  • Chester Visitor and Information Centre on Northgate Street. You guide will wait at the Visitor and Information Centre in Chester. It is next to the Town Hall, facing the Cathedral and a statue. If you could be 5-10 minutes early that would be helpful.

End Points

  • We end at a venue at the top of Watergate Street, close to where the tour began, only a couple of minujtes walk to the New Chester Market
