Our Favourites

You will be picked up at your hotel in the morning and offered freshly baked croissants during the journey to Champagne.

Once you arrive in the vineyards, you will be struck by the beauty of the landscape, as you will be filled with valuable information about the history of the region, its most essential characters, and also the process of Champagne production. Your day will start with a guided tour through the maze of cellars of some of the biggest bubble producers, such as Champagne Moët & Chandon, Mumm, Lanson, Mercier, and Nicolas Feuillatte (Or similar according to availabilities). Learn about their unique history and production by tasting their flagship cuvee with the house sommelier.

Next, discover the village of Hautvillers and its abbey, where Dom Pérignon used to work as a cellar master over 300 years ago and made Champagne. (Subject to timing.) Learn more about this legendary character and about his influence on the style and reputation of the drink. Stop by the wonderful vineyard of Champagne and enjoy a “wild tasting” conducted by your wine expert guide (Subject to weather).

You will enjoy a delicious gourmet French lunch, paired perfectly with three different champagnes.

Lastly, stop at a cooperative winery where they created a museum of the different tools used to produce Champagne. After that, your guide will drive you back to Paris and drop you off at the Place de l’Hôtel de Ville.
