- If you are late to any reserved visit, your appointment may be cancelled or reduced to respect the day's timing.
- If you stay longer at your last scheduled visit you must ask your driver if they are free to wait. A supplemental charge in cash may apply.
- Itineraries are not contractual & vineyard fees approximate, subject to last minute changes based on local conditions.
- Visit & tasting fees are paid directly on the spot if not prepaid
- Wear good shoes & bring a warm sweater
- After 60 minutes late you are a no show with no refund.
Meet
Pickup and Dropoff
You can choose to be picked up from a list of locations, or alternatively, have the choice to make your own way to the meeting points
Please arrive at the pick up point 5 minutes before departure time.
Additional Information
We pick up from any point between Reims & Epernay. We will coordinate by email after the reservation is confirmed and will help you plan the best trains if coming from Paris.
