Begin your tour at the Interpretation Center of the Punic Walls to explore the origins of Qart-Hadast, later Roman Carthago Nova. Visit the Roman House of Fortune to see original mosaics and learn about Roman daily life. Take the panoramic elevator up to the Castle of La Concepción for stunning views of the city and harbor. From there, see the Roman Amphitheatre ruins. End at the Roman Theatre Museum, Spain’s second-largest Roman theater, beautifully integrated into a museum by architect Rafael Moneo. Finish your day on Calle Mayor, enjoying tapas, drinks, and the city’s modernist architecture.
