We require a security deposit of PHP 5000 upon check in of guests. This may be given in cash or through GCash. The amount shall be returned to guests upon check out provided that the keys are returned to the staff and there's no missing/broken items in the property.
Photo/Video Shoots
- We DO NOT ALLOW photo/video shoots/product shoots in the property unless approved by the management.
Check-In/Check-Out Time and Other Guest Requirements
- Right on Time. Guests can check in anytime between 15:00 to 21:00. Check out time is strictly at 12:00. Late check out fee is PHP 500 for every 30-minute extension. We would like to emphasize that due to the current pandemic, we are employing an extended disinfection period between each departure and arrival.
- We’d like to know you. We require all guests to submit government issued IDs prior to check in. Be sure to comply to be allowed entry.
COVID Measures
- Fill up and submit. All guests are required to fill up a Health Declaration Form and submit online before arrival. We assure you that we take the necessary precautions to ensure that our place is safe and COVID-free. We requires saliva antigen test onsite for PHP 500 per person. Testing has to be done onsite.
- Six feet apart. We reinforce social distancing guidelines. Therefore, we encourage minimal interaction with our staff onsite. Should you need anything important, you may call or send an SMS to our staff.
- Hygiene Check Station. Upon arrival, guests are required to proceed to a small corner near the entrance where the staff will conduct a body temperature check. Hand sanitizer dispensers and hand wash basin are also installed so guests can disinfect their hands upon entry.
- Masks on. We encourage guests to wear their masks especially on common areas within the property.
- Let’s keep the dirt out. Guests MUST leave their shoes and slippers outside the cabin. As footwear is believed to carry virus, let’s avoid carrying it inside the house.
- Disinfect. Disinfect. Disinfect. While we will provide disinfectant wipes and spray during your stay, we still encourage our guests to briefing their own. Kindly clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces daily.
Headcount
- Please note that Cabin 1 can comfortably accommodate 6 pax. There will be an additional charge per head in excess of 6 pax. A maximum of 8 pax will be allowed to snuggle in the cabin. Children below 5 are not included in the headcount, as they can huddle and share beds with the adults. Only 2 kids below 5 are exempted from the headcount. May we emphasize that we are firm on the headcount. The management has the right to deny entry of those beyond the allowed headcount.
- Ideal for 2. The studio cabin or Cabin 2 is ideal for couples or small families/groups. We charge an additional fee for every extra pax in excess of 2. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CABIN CAN ONLY ACCOMMODATE MAX OF 4 PAX. KIDS ARE INCLUDED IN THE HEADCOUNT.
- Cozy for two. Our custom Airstream or Camper is perfect for two. However, if you want to tag your kids along, we allow up to two kids (2-7 years old can stay for free).
- Note: Drivers and other household staff are already included in the headcount We have no driver’s/maid’s quarters. Only 2 parking slots are available for guests of Cabin 1. Only one parking slot is alloted for guests of Cabin 2. Only one parking slot is alloted for guests of the Airstream.
Visitors
- Not on the list, no visit. To ensure the safety and security of all guests in the property, no visitors of guests will be allowed. Only registered checked-in guests are allowed to enter and stay in the property.
Pool
- The pool is exclusive for guests only.
- Parental guidance is advised. Kids must always be supervised by adults while in the pool area. The infinity pool is perched on a cliff. Hence, we strongly encourage extra caution among guests. The management will not be liable for any accidents resulting from the use of the swimming pool.
- Best in swimsuit. Only those wearing proper swimming attire will be allowed to use the pool. Pool towels will be provided upon request.
Other House Rules/House Guide
- Strictly NO smoking. Let’s keep the air fresh and clean. We want to reduce the risk of forest fire too.
- Don’t be a couch potato. We know the sofa in the living room is hypnotizing you to sleep but please do not sleep in the living room sofa. We have adequate beds and mattresses waiting for you at the bedrooms.
- Keep the furniture in place. We’ve worked on this lay out, so please do not move the furniture pieces around.
- CLAYGO. Our property is not a full serviced hotel. Hence, please clean as you go. Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink and left over foods in the refrigerator.
- GRILL and CHILL. We have a grilling area at the Cabin. You may request assistance from our staff in setting up the grilling area. Throw your meat into the flame, cold beer in hand, and enjoy the chilly breeze
- KEEP the volume down. No loud noise and music please. We have other guests within the property so we kindly request the guests keep noise to a minimum. Quiet time is at 22:00.
- Stay put. Please respect the privacy of other guests and avoid from loitering in the other accommodations.
- Together, let’s conserve water and electricity. Given our property’s location, water supply is limited. Hence, we strongly urge you to please be mindful and conserve water. Kindly turn off faucets when not in use and limit shower time, if possible. Similarly, we request quests to please turn off the lights and appliances when not in use.
- Pitch in and let’s keep our area clean. We try our best to promote sustainability. We have compost pit in the area and so we encourage guests to segregate their trash. Trash bins are located both inside the Cabin and outside. Bins outside are marked accordingly--Organic (food wastes), Plastic, Paper and Glass. We encourage you to please segregate your trash.
- Disconnect and reconnect. We encourage you to detach and go off grid. Reconnect with nature while at the cabin. Enjoy the view, feel the breeze, and have a good time. You may opt to go old school and play cards and board games. These are available upon request. Meantime, we have provided a prepaid PLDT home wifi in the cabin which you may use at your own expense during your stay. Please be reminded that there are good days and bad days in terms of signal strength. Intermittent mobile signal may likewise be experienced.
- Stay in and relax. We suggest that you purchase anything that you may need before heading to the cabin. While there are groceries and small markets nearby, it is best to just stay in the cabin and make the most out of your stay. We have some food items stacked in our pantry for sale. A list of available items is found in your accommodation. Moreover, we have the provided the following for free in the kitchen—Coffee, Creamer, Tablea, Sugar, Oil, Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Fish Sauce, Salt and Pepper. Should you wish to order food trays, please let us know in advance so we can connect you with our recommended food provider.
- Unidentified flying objects. It can get really windy so be mindful of your belongings, especially light ones as they can be taken by the wind, and thrown off the cliff. We will not be held liable for the UFOs.
- One with nature. Please be reminded that we are on top of a mountain. Hence, the presence of variety of insects. Don’t worry, they are harmless. Still, it would be a good idea to slather on insect repellent.
- Safety starts with you. While we have enclosed our perimeter with fences and fall protection nets, and implemented other safety measures, safety should be a team effort. Please do your part and avoid playing around the areas near the cliff. Never leave kids unsupervised especially outside the cabin. Again, we will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or loss that may occur during your stay in Camper & Cabin.
- Rebooking will only be allowed if done more than a month prior to stay. The new date is subject to approval of the management.
