The Cajón del Maipo is a valley that penetrates the Andes, with several small villages, being the main San José del Maipo. The Maipo River gives life to the region and on its banks are developed many ecotourism activities. It also irrigates the Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards, typical of the region. We snake deeper and deeper into the Cajón, admiring beautiful landscapes and renewing ourselves with the fresh mountain air. Soon we began to climb its hills, now on the banks of the Yeso River towards Embalse.
