  • Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity
  • Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
  • Hot air balloons usually fly at an altitude of 2,500–4,500 feet, travellers who went scuba diving the night before this tour are not allowed admission. Travellers who went scuba diving in the morning 1 day before this tour are required to consult a licensed diving instructor about this tour and are responsible for their own health
  • Admission will not be granted to travellers who are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication; refunds will not be granted under such circumstances
  • The tour operator reserves the right to cancel hot air balloon flights due to adverse weather conditions. Full refunds will be granted in this event
  • In the event of accidents during the tour, Over The Planet and the tour operator will not be held liable
  • Please note that the possibility of seeing the sunrise will depend on weather factors on the tour day, and it is not guaranteed or refund

Purchase Summary

  • Children 3 years old and younger may join the tour without participating in the hot air balloon flight. One parent must take care of the child on the ground while the other parent takes the hot air balloon flight
  • Travellers ages 4–17 must be accompanied by an adult during the entire tour (in and out of the hot air balloon)
  • Pregnant persons beyond 3 months (13 weeks) of pregnancy are not permitted to fly
  • Please note that the pick-up time on this page is for reference only, which will vary with the seasons (summer, winter and the time of sunrise). The exact pick-up time will be confirmed on the voucher and the tour operator will email travellers the day before travel, please check the registered email box prior to departure
  • Please select your pick-up/drop-off hotel at the time of booking. If your hotel does not appear on the list, please select an alternative location nearby
