  • An infant (1) per flight can sit on an adult parent lap during the helicopter tour (parents must be over 18 years of age). Per FAA regulations, parents are required to provide proof that an infant is under the age of 2 years.
  • Physically challenged Passengers must be accompanied by an able bodied person who is capable of lifting the physically challenged person at least 42 inches into the helicopter unassisted.
  • The aircraft does not have any provisions to store a wheel-chair, walking stick, or walking device(s).
  • Helicopter tours require a minimum of five (5) passengers to operate.
  • Passengers must provide a valid Government issued identification at the time of check-in. These include a State Drivers License or Passport.
  • At the time of booking, passengers must provide accurate body weights at the time of booking in Lbs, Kg’s or Stones.
  • Passengers exceeding 250 Lbs (113 kg) are required to purchase an additional seat at 100% of the tour retail price.
  • Passengers must reconfirm their helicopter tour at least 24 hours in advance by calling the operator (Phone number will be on your ticket)
  • Passengers must redeem and sign their ticket at the time of check-in
  • No shows will be subject to 100% of the applicable tour retail price

ALL helicopter tours depart from: 450 Airport Rd, Bryce Canyon City, UT 84764. You must call Bryce Canyon Helicopter Tours at least 24 hours prior to your tour date to confirm your tour on: • Local: +1 435-776-0331 • COMFORT & SAFETY - In the interests of comfort and safety, passengers weighing between 250 Lbs (113 kg/17.9 stone) and 375 Lbs (170 kg/26.5 stones) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. Note that the maximum allowable body weight on the helicopter is 375 Lbs (170 kg/26.8 stones). • VALID IDENTIFICATION - A Valid Government ID is required to board the helicopter flight. Acceptable forms of identification include a Government issued Driver's License or Passport. Your ID MUST match the lead name on this voucher. • MINIMUM NUMBERS - There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund • NON-PRIVATE FLIGHT - The flight is NOT private unless 6 seats are purchased. The helicopter seats up to 6 passengers plus the Pilot onboard. IMPORTANT: It is a Federal crime to board an FAA Approved U.S. Air Carrier with a fraudulent identification.
