If the travel number isn't provided, we’ll meet you inside the ticket office. - At the Hotel: In the hotel lobby or reception. - From Your Apartment/Stay: At the entrance. If your accommodation requires special access (e.g., chip/card entry), it's your responsibility to arrange for the driver to enter. Otherwise, the driver will wait as close as possible to the entry point. If you somehow can't locate your driver, you can always text us on Whatsapp. If you share your email, we’ll send you the driver’s details. If your hotel isn't listed here, don't worry! Check the Google map link below. If your hotel is within the green zone, we’ll pick you up or drop you off anywhere in that area. Just let us know your hotel name.
