Your guide will meet you at the hotel lobby at 09:00AM.You’ll take a 20 minute walk along the local morning market. Chinese condiments and various ingredients for Chinese food recipes such as cooking oil, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, white vinegar and dark vinegar, cooking wine and fresh root ginger, garlic, chilies, scallion, salt, and various ingredients are available in local food and vegetable markets. The common ingredients are Chinese cabbage, turnips, radish, carrot, spinach, rape, celery, Chinese chive (leek), mustard and many more. For meat, we have chicken, pork, lamb, beef, duck, fish etc. Arrangements will be made for you to meet the family host in a private and traditional Siheyuan (courtyard), where you’ll learn how to make Jiaozi (Chinese dumplings) from the hostess. Enjoy your dumplings as lunch.

It is one of the landmarks of the ancient capital of Beijing and has a long history. The Bell and Drum Tower consists of two buildings, the Bell Tower and the Drum Tower. The two are longitudinally placed one behind the other.
