Barcelona Cathedral

What you’ll see, is the magnificent Gothic Cathedral built on the site of the first Christian basilica, along with a section of the Roman wall that marks the city’s origins. You’ll also spot the courtyard with thirteen white geese, a symbol closely tied to Barcelona’s legends. What you’ll do: Hear intriguing legends about miracles and holy relics, find out the story behind the thirteen geese, and take memorable photos against the ancient stones of the Roman wall.

What you’ll see is the Royal Palace, once home to the Counts of Barcelona and the Kings of Aragon, and a museum showcasing the underground Roman remains of Barcino. What you’ll do is to learn about the historical events connected to Catalonia’s rulers and listen to tales of lavish feasts held in this very spot. You’ll get a sense of what royal life might have felt like while strolling this elegant square.

What you’ll see is a building that has withstood the ages from a time when Barcelona had an official executioner, and public punishments were conducted in the city.
