They will then assist with check-in and lead you to the exclusive fast track immigration counter where a fast pass voucher is included. This will speed up your exit from Thailand without any delays. If required they will also escort you to the VAT refund center. After escorting you past fast track and immigration, they will show you to your gate.

- Flight Changes - If your flight number changes, kindly notify us at least 4 hours before your originally scheduled arrival so we can update the details accordingly.
- Please be reminded that all travelers should complete the arrival card (TDA) online at least 3 days before arriving via this link: https://tdac.immigration.go.th/ If you forget, our guide will be happy to assist you in completing the TDA upon arrival, just before entering the fast track area.
