Françoise learned to cook from her two grandfathers who were both fishermen; one was a cook during the second World War. It was her grandparents that taught her that the freshest fish is found in the best restaurants, and at the tables of the fisherman. Françoise went on to have a successful career working as the art director for advertising agencies for 18 years. She left that career to move in to the food space and has since started her own catering business.
Step into Françoise’s stunning Parisian apartment for a hands-on, 2-hour French pastry class. Guided by a warm and passionate local host, you'll learn to bake one of France’s most iconic desserts - your group can choose in advance from sweet soufflés, delicate macarons, or elegant charlottes. As you bake, sip champagne, artisan coffee, French or Japanese teas, or old-fashioned hot chocolate while enjoying Françoise’s welcoming hospitality. Afterward, indulge in a beautifully styled afternoon tea featuring your fresh-baked creation, served on vintage china with fine linens and silver cutlery. Perfect for food lovers, birthdays, bridal showers, anniversaries, or anyone seeking an unforgettable culinary moment in the heart of Paris.
