Entrance may be refused if the name provided on the booking is not identical to the name on the ID provided when entering.

VERY IMPORTANT: As per the requirements of Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum, all participants are required to bring an ID, passport or any other identification with the picture with the same names as used in the booking. Entrance may be refused if the name provided on the booking is not identical to the name on the ID provided when entering. Present your paper voucher to KrakowBooking staff member. Alternatively, go paperless by showing the voucher on your mobile phone. The default pickup is set to the main meeting point. Hotel pickups are available only from selected hotels located in the center of Krakow. Please send an email to the operator a minimum of 24 hours before the tour starts with your booking number and hotel address to check the possibility of hotel pickup, otherwise, please make your way to the meeting point. If you purchased a student ticket, please remember to bring your student ID, otherwise, you will need to pay an additional fee of 50 zł for an adult ticket. If two or more bookings (with different booking numbers) want to be on the same bus and guided groups, please email the operator at [email protected] to arrange it. Otherwise, it cannot be guaranteed that your friends and families with different booking numbers will be on the same bus and guided tours The chosen language only applies for local guides at the Auschwitz-Birkenau museum, our stuff drivers and tour leader only speak English.
