(Subject to Option Inclusions)The tour starts when the transportation picks you up in our air conditioner van to your hotel lobby or at the meeting point. The first activity that you will enjoy with us is the ATV adventure, you will explore the jungle with a single ATV or a shared ATV, depending on the option selected. You will be mesmerized by the nature view that you will have in the zip line flying. When you feel the speed during the flying you will have the adrenaline flowing in your body. The cenote is the perfect place to refresh after the extreme adventure through the jungle, you will swim in the peaceful water of this sacred place. Then you will go to the rest area of the park to have a delicious snack and water to recover energy. Our pick you up will be ready to drop you off in your hotel or meeting point when you finish all the activities. Note: the time of each activity can vary depending on the dynamic of the group.

For our friends in the Tulum area, your adventure starts a tad earlier, with pick-ups between 7:00 and 8:00 AM. We aim to arrive at the park by 9:30 AM, ready for fun! Noon Tour: Prefer a bit more sleep before the adventure? We've got you covered. For those in Cancun and Playa del Carmen, we'll swing by between 12:00 and 12:30 PM. In the Tulum area? Expect us between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM. We'll be at the park by 1:30 PM, just in time for some afternoon excitement. Special Note: Pick-up times can vary depending on your hotel's location. But don't fret! Our representative will reach out via email or text message to nail down your exact pick-up time. Tulum Guests, we haven't forgotten about you! For hotels and Airbnbs in Tulum, our special meeting spot is the ever-convenient Super Aki Tulum Supermarket right in downtown. Ticket Redemption
Once you book your tour, you will receive a digital confirmation ticket. It is important you show this confirmation the day of your tour. Please bring your booking reservation and your ID. The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact pick up time via mail or via text message. Please consider transportation times for your pick up and drop off. Remember that you can only drive an ATV if you are over 18 years old and above. If you are not coming in pairs please reserve 2 bookings, one for 2 people in double service and 1 for 1 person in single service, if you book 1 double service for 3 people or odd group you will be asked to pay a difference when boarding only for one person who will have to go in simple service. Remember that the weight limit is 300 pounds for ATVS and 270 pounds for ziplines. If you exceed this limit you won't be able to enter to the activity.
