Your body weights about 10% of its land weight when up to your neck in water. Water creates resistance to movement in all directions through a full range of motion. Increase or decrease the intensity by changing the speed of your movements. Water massages your muscles with every movement of your arms & legs. What's included in Aqua Power with Bikes in Aruba
(Subject to Option Inclusions)When you are suspended in deep water there is no impact, as the effect of gravity on your lower back, hips, knees and ankles is removed. You are free to bike, run, walk and do a variety of exercises to raise your heart rate without the restrictions and pain associated with weight-bearing activity. "Take it to the water" and reduce your risk of heart disease, injuries to your muscles or joints and improve the quality of life while you are visiting 1 Happy Island. In order to set your bike at your height, we kindly request you to be at our center 15 mins prior the activity start time, at 6:15 pm.
