Any question will find a prompt answer and you will spend a unique experience starting from entering a modern and elegant milanese house, to a lovely milanese terrace (weather permitting...) full of plants as an olive tree, a bitter orange tree.... roses.....Learn how to make authentic Italian food from scratch during this 5-hours culinary experience with a 30 years of experience chef, visit the most important open milanese food market and learn about Italian food culture! Not only cooking but even culture! You will taste prosciutto, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar......Have a nice coffee or cappuccino, or whatever you like and then prepare and cook five courses including homemade pasta, then sit down with your family to dine on the feast you’ve created. As you eat, enjoy a bottle of fine Italian prosecco produced by my family!!!!
This cooking class will be private, only for you and your family or partner! You will first visit an open-air food local market with Chef Ornella, to get some useful tips about local seasonal ingredients and learn about the Italian food culture. Then you will go back to the school to start cooking together, 100% hands on, a full traditional Italian meal (see sample menus hereunder). Gluten free and veg options also available, if known in advance. Then you will enjoy tasting the fruits of your labor with a nice bottle of Prosecco wine coming from my family winery!. At the end you will get your Italian recipes, but if you like, you will have the possibility to contact by mail chef Ornella for any question or help about your cooking in your country when you go back home!
