Welcome to our Amsterdam walking tour, offering a real insight into the city from a local perspective. With our tip-based formula, we serve travelers of all ages and budgets.
Our certified guides are true Amsterdammers and true ambassadors of the city. Our team is made up of history teachers, culture lovers and true gourmets, ensuring that we can offer you an experience incomparable to that of a standard tour operator or tour guide.
In addition to learning about historic Amsterdam, our guides will advise you on what places to visit while you're in the city, where to wine and dine, and what tourist traps to avoid. Join us and make the most of your experience in Amsterdam.
Our tour begins at the National Monument on Dam Square, near where Amsterdam was founded. Our tour also ends here.
Originally built as a town hall, the historic palace is the most culturally important building in the Netherlands. A visit after the tour is highly recommended and can be booked on the Royal Palace website.
Walk through Amsterdam's most recognizable feature; the Canal Belt, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Follow us along the city's connective veins, its picturesque cobblestone streets and houseboats.
You will make your own way to the meeting points
Please do not send us messages or call us if you are late. It is not possible to reach the group once the activity has begun, and guides will not be available during the tour. Meet us 10 minutes before the scheduled time at the meeting point. Your guide will be recognized by a white umbrella with the orange Walking Tour logo. Be sure to dress appropriately according to the weather; rain or snow, we always go!
