- All transfers are one-way
- The driver will wait for you up to 1 hour upon arrival time. If you are late for more than 1 hour, please email or message to check if the driver is still available
- For delayed flights of more than 1.5 hours, kindly contact the operator if the driver is still available
- For departures, please be at your lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up
- An additional surcharge will apply if the waiting time exceeds 1 hour; please email or message to check if the driver is still available
- TERMINAL 1: All must activate their local or international phones. As soon as you are done with immigration and baggage claim, please proceed to the BAY UNDER THE FIRST LETTER OF YOUR LAST NAME
- TERMINAL 2: Please proceed to BAY 17-18 FOR INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS AND BAY 7 FOR DOMESTIC FLIGHTS after exiting Customs
- TERMINAL 3: Please proceed to GATE 5 FOR INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS AND GATE 3 FOR DOMESTIC FLIGHTS after exiting Customs

A surcharge of ₱550 per vehicle applies for departure transfers between 10:00 pm – 7:00 am and arrival transfers with scheduled flight landing time between 10:00 pm – 7:00 am, with fees to be paid in cash directly to the driver
