Booking Information To ensure a smooth experience, please provide the following details at the time of booking: Number of Travelers – Let us know the total number of passengers, including any infants or young children. Flight Details – Share your flight number and arrival time. (Please note that there is no service between 22:30 and 09:00.) Destination – Specify your drop-off location. Contact Information – Provide a phone number with the country code (+), so we can easily reach you. After Booking You will receive a booking confirmation, and we will contact you before your arrival. On Your Arrival Day We will track your flight’s arrival time unless you request a specific pick-up time. A 60-minute complimentary grace period is provided after your flight lands at Singapore Changi Airport. If you experience delays at customs, please call us to arrange for an extended wait time. Waiting time charges will apply only after the grace period. Waiting Time Charges We value all our passengers and strive to maintain an efficient schedule. Delays affect not just our operations but also other travelers. Please ensure you are reachable upon arrival. Airport Arrival: A 60-minute grace period is included from the confirmed landing time. After this, a waiting time charge applies for every additional 10 minutes or part thereof. If you remain uncontactable 90 minutes after your flight lands, we will regrettably have to depart. To avoid any inconvenience, kindly provide a valid contact number so we can reach you upon arrival in Singapore.
