Meet-up at our address at number 07 Nguyen Ba Lan street 10 minutes before starting time. Visit the nearby market to learn about local produce and shop for the necessary ingredients. Come back to our kitchen and start cooking 5 dishes, join-in class menu includes: Bun Bo Hue, Banh Xeo, Tam Huu fresh roll, young jackfruit salad, Da Nang avocado ice-cream or vegetarian version for vegetarians.
