Learn about how spices are grown in spice farms. With the close assistance of the local experienced cook, you will learn how these spices are used in traditional dishes. You will have a chance to cook 3 - 5 different traditional dishes and enjoy them as your lunch.
Pickup included
Travelers will visit spice farms to see how spices grow, our guide will explain the characteristics of each, ways of harvesting, and usage, this part will take about two hours. Travelers will be instructed to prepare different Swahili dishes with the close assistance of a local experienced cook, this part will take about three hours. Finally, they will taste their prepared dishes as lunch.
Spice rice served with vegetables coconut sauce. This will take about 1 hour.
Cooked with coconut milk. This will take about 30 minutes.
